1. Enter the payment details people should see
Add your name or shop name and your UPI ID. You can also set an amount for a specific payment, such as an invoice or class fee. Leave the amount empty when customers should enter their own amount.
2. Create and check your QR
Select Create QR. The result shows the name, UPI ID, and optional amount that will be placed in the QR. Read the UPI ID once more before you start using it. A QR can have the correct shape while still containing a mistyped UPI ID.
This tool checks that it can read the QR it made. It cannot check whether a UPI ID belongs to you.
3. Use the format that fits the moment
- WhatsApp: share a ready-to-send image card.
- Phone: save a lock-screen image or show the QR full screen.
- Shop: print an A4 or A5 sign, or save it as a PDF from the print window.
- Printer: use the SVG file for the sharpest QR-only print.
4. Make a ₹1 test payment
Before putting a QR at a counter, sending it to many customers, or printing several copies, scan it with another phone and make a ₹1 test payment. Confirm the recipient name in the payment app and check your UPI or bank app for the received payment.
